“My hope is to support parents and educators in helping their students to learn, regardless of the struggles they encounter,” says Margaret Walsh (’15), Catholic education therapist, of her first book, A Catholic Approach to Literacy for Struggling Students: Connecting Philosophy and Practice.

“I have a deep desire to help alumni and parents stay connected to the 91���� community and have them feel a sense of being a part of the family,” says Sarah Dufresne (’14), the College’s new director of alumni and parent relations.

“Mine is not the typical path taken by a TAC graduate, though whose ever is?” asks Dr. Michael Zepp (’17), a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he studies novel ways of measuring high-temperature plasma.

Following the success of Dr. Michael Augros’s (’92) podcast on artificial intelligence, the Oxford Union debate society invited the 91����, New England, tutor to speak at the end of February.

Last week marked the last of the freshman seminars  at TAC-New England on the ancient Greek historian Thucydides, so Wednesday’s Tutor Talk from Dr. John McCarthy’s (’11), “Thucydides as a Philosopher,” came at the perfect time.

“I was like a garnish for the Lord, serving to manifest a little bit more of His glory that was hidden from the foundation of the world,” says Rev. Paul (Jesse ’13) Schexnayder, O.Praem.

Rev. Sebastian Walshe, O.Praem. (’94), made Catholic Answers Live history on March 2, when he appeared on the program with fellow TAC alumnus Thomas Graf (’19).
