A few days after the women’s match, students flocked once more to the athletic field for the final game of the 2025 soccer season, this time to watch the men’s championship.

With the deadline for graduate school applications impending, three tutors on the California campus offered an informational discussion panel for juniors and seniors looking towards their next chapter. 

The sweet sound of classical melodies filled St. Cecilia Hall on an autumn Sunday afternoon as the semesterly Schubertiade began on the California campus. Students packed into the auditorium, eager to experience the musical dexterity of their peers.

In the culmination of this year’s fall soccer season, two women’s teams went head-to-head in a riveting championship game on the California campus Thursday night.

Following upperclassmen seminar, spectators rushed down to the athletic field, eager to glimpse the epic showdown between the two teams and their respective captains, Charlie Gerrard and Elena Walz (both ’26). Team Walz had played an impressive season, but Team Gerrard, the underdog, was unfazed, and both teams took the field full of tenacity.

To kick off Saturday’s Career Fair at 91����, California, students got to hear words of wisdom and some practical advice from a notable guest speaker: Catholic businessman , author of The Spiritual Art of Business: Connecting the Daily with the Divine.

The California campus’s student theater group, the St. Genesius Players, charmed its audience with a flowery production of Jane Austen’s Emma, adapted for the stage and directed by sophomore Madeleine Brittain (’28), on the evening of Alumni and Parent Day 2025.
