After eight years of working as a weapons system officer on the F-15E strike fighter, Maj. Louis Conklin, USAF (鈥11), is strapping into the pilot鈥檚 seat.
Please pray for the repose of the soul of Leroy Steichen, who died on Friday. A member of the College鈥檚 President鈥檚 Council and its St. Th茅r猫se of Lisieux Legacy Society, Mr. Steichen was the father of Laura (Berquist 鈥75), John (鈥81), and Margaret (O鈥橰eilly 鈥84). He was also the grandfather of Maggie (Hayden 鈥98), John (鈥01), Theresa (Mastroieni 鈥01), Rachel (Montanaro 鈥04), James (鈥08), and Richard Berquist (鈥10); Mary (Steichen 鈥08) Kretschmer; and Thomas (鈥09), Cathleen (Ojeda 鈥11), Annemarie (鈥16), Kevin (鈥18), Clare (鈥21), Mary (鈥22), and Rosaleen O鈥橰eilly (鈥24).
