On Palm Sunday, Chrysostomos, a student choir directed by Thomas Quackenbush (’14), performed its spring concert in St. Bernardine of Siena Library. The concert featured a wide range of compositions, from Thomas Tallis’ 16th century setting for “Te Lucis Ante Terminum” to Eric Whitacre’s “Lux Arumque” (2000). It also included an appearance of the College’s newly formed True Tones Barbershop, directed by freshman Giorgio Navarini. The True Tones sang Biebel’s “Ave Maria,” as well as a traditional spiritual and Mr. Navarini’s own setting for “Tantum Ergo.”
