The Editors of Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine have named 91���� one of the , as well as one of the region’s Top 10 liberal arts colleges.

“Our rankings serve as a valuable resource to help students and families make more informed choices,” says Janet Bodnar, editor of ����������Բ����’s Personal Finance. “Combining a high-quality education with an affordable price tag is a challenge, but the colleges on this year’s list offer the best of both worlds.” The magazine’s rankings measure academic quality and affordability. Academic criteria include student admission rate, test scores for incoming freshmen, the ratio of students to faculty members, and four- and five-year graduation rates. On the cost side, ����������Բ����’s measures room and board expenses, the availability and average amount of financial aid, and average student debt at graduation.

“We are honored by ����������Բ����’s recognition of 91����’s importance to this region,” says Director of Admissions Jon Daly, noting that the College also attracts a good many students from beyond the west and southwest. “More than half of our students hail from east of the Rocky Mountains, and our student body includes residents of 37 states and 5 countries.” In November Kiplinger ranked the College number 41 out of just 100 “Best Private Colleges” in the United States, placing it among the “Top 10 Best Values in Private Colleges Under $20K” (net).
