The article, which features just 50 of the roughly 400 colleges and universities in the Golden State, calls 91 “principled” for its refusal to accept direct government funding, and observes that the College “offers students the unique opportunity to learn using the Great Books ٳǻ.”

College Choice’s rankings follow those of another online guide, College Raptor, which recently placed 91 on its list of the Top 25 in the West. Other reviews include better-known, secular sources such as U.S. News & World Report, The Princeton Review, and Forbes, as well as Catholic guides such as those published by the Cardinal Newman Society and the National Catholic Register.
